These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Batbat website, mobile application, and other digital services. Batbat is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform.

By creating an account or using the Batbat platform, you are deemed to have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

Batbat reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

To open an account and use Batbat's services, the following eligibility requirements must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Only one account may be opened per person.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate and complete.
• Online betting must be legal in your country of residence.
• Opening an account on behalf of a minor is strictly prohibited.
• Professional players, coaches, referees, or anyone directly involved in a match may not place bets on that event.

Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory before making a withdrawal or for transactions above a certain amount. This is in line with international financial regulatory standards.

• A scanned copy of your national ID, passport, or driving licence must be provided.
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement) is required.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method may be required.
• Verification is typically completed within 24–48 business hours.

Batbat supports deposits and withdrawals via mobile banking, bank transfer, e-wallets, and cards. The following rules apply to all transactions:

• Minimum deposit is BDT 500.
• Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals from verified accounts will be processed according to VIP tier.
• Winnings earned from bonuses must meet wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Suspicious transactions may be temporarily held pending investigation.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

All betting activity on Batbat is governed by the following rules. Please familiarise yourself with them before placing any bets:

• Minimum bet is BDT 20.
• Once a bet is accepted, it cannot be cancelled — however, the cashout option remains available.
• If a bet is cancelled before the match begins, or if the event is cancelled, the stake will be refunded.
• Odds in live betting can change at any time. Your bet is confirmed at the odds accepted at the time of placement.
• If one leg of an accumulator bet is voided, it will be removed and the remaining odds recalculated accordingly.
• Batbat reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.

Batbat regularly offers welcome bonuses, cashback, free bets, and VIP rewards. Each bonus has its own terms, which are listed on the relevant promotions page.

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be completed first.
• The welcome bonus applies to new accounts only and can be claimed once.
• Bonus claims are subject to an expiry period and will be forfeited once the deadline passes.
• More than one bonus cannot be active at the same time.
• If bonus system abuse is suspected, the bonus will be voided and the account investigated.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Batbat platform. Any one of these violations may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name.
• Creating an account using another person's information.
• Placing artificial bets or betting against yourself to farm bonuses.
• Using software, bots, or automation tools to place bets.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Match fixing or betting based on insider or illegitimate information.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors.

Batbat takes responsible gaming seriously. We believe betting is for entertainment, not a solution to problems. That's why we give users the tools to set their own limits:

• Set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits.
• Use the self-exclusion feature to temporarily suspend your account.

Batbat reserves the right to immediately close or suspend any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Where evidence of a terms violation is found.
• Failure to submit verification documents or providing incorrect information.
• Where suspicious transactions or signs of fraud are detected.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period, for security reasons.

Upon account closure, verified balances (excluding bonuses) are generally refunded. However, if fraud is proven, all funds may be forfeited.

Batbat is not liable for the following:

• Bets voided due to internet disconnection.
• Temporary service disruptions caused by technical issues.
• Unauthorised use of your account by a third party due to your own negligence.
• Financial losses resulting from betting outcomes.

Batbat always works to maintain service quality, but cannot guarantee complete availability under unforeseen circumstances.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Batbat's licensing authority. Should any dispute arise, an initial attempt will be made to resolve it through Batbat's support team.

• An initial response will be provided within 5 business days of a complaint being submitted.
• The licensing authority may be called upon to mediate in complex disputes.
• Alternative dispute resolution methods are recommended before pursuing court action.
